DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES
EXPANDING THE LIMITS
Our Methodology
1.- Vision as traction
“Structure follows Strategy and Strategy follows VISION”
PhD ALFRED CHANDLER / HARVARD
T he competitive strategies developed by The ANTONI Group are based on a central concept; The VISION, this will be the guide for the alignment of all strategic-operational actions.
The ANTONI Group offers a proposal aimed at obtaining extraordinary results, putting this VISION into action, deploying a creative tension powerful enough from the re-creation of the vision and putting it into an action plan to move through. the path from the starting point to the arrival point between our TODAY and the VISION.
The structure, policies, marketing mix or functional or operational strategies must be aligned with the business growth strategy. If there is no clear VISION, there will hardly be a clear strategy or a clear idea of how to achieve the VISION.
What do I really want?

VISION
strategy and creative tension

Do I look like the big competitors?
What type of player am I?
I want to know what customers and the market think of my company?
Who do I want to reach?
How am I unique and can I differentiate myself?
What communication positioning gap can I take advantage of?
Am I a local or global player?
How do I want to be?
