The Sales Director of Indirect Channels of MOVICOM-BELL SOUTH called us with the requirement to increase the competitiveness of two class “A” agents in its cell phone distribution network; STARCOM SRL and COMCEL SA. Both companies were in a state of general apathy, starting with their leaders as a result of the wear and tear of a highly competitive business, with disengaged or absent teams, one with its commercial manager on four months of leave due to stress and the other thinking about its closure for which already existed a specific date. With these companies, an intensive 18-month program was developed using our VISION in ACTION program - 7 keys to success, achieving not only their survival but also their growth. STARCOM jumped to 2nd place in the sales ranking of Movicom agents in just six months, developed the UN Interior (its “stressed” manager led interior sales of the entire network from the mountain region), led in long distance sales from its new Call Center in Buenos Aires and was awarded by MOVICOM-BELL SOUTH as “Best Internal Performance”, it is important to highlight that STARCOM had not received an award from its client for 4 years. The same thing happened with COMCEL, since its Call Center CALL EXPRESS SA was second in national sales, for the interior business a strategy of alliances was privileged that allowed the development of the business by associating to integrate SMARTPHONE and achieving being distinguished for “Best Interior Coverage”. Both have not only won awards but have positioned themselves among the best agents on the network in all the categories in which they operate.
